A Giant Travelling Mouse
Made by FLY IN for Associazione Rousseau, which manages the digital platform of the same name representing the ‘engine’ of the Five Star Movement, the Mouse is an inflatable itinerant structure which can accommodate up to 100 people seated.
The Rousseau Mouse (made with 100% recyclable materials) required about 5 tennis courts (1170 square metres) of fabric, ie 1078 pieces of fabric and 10 km of thread for the seams, equal to more than twice the height of Mont Blanc.
It can withstand gusts of wind up to 100 km/h.
It can be mounted by 4 people in just over 1 hour and comes with a considerable saving of costs and resources, as well as a very low environmental impact: under normal conditions, the MOUSE, to stay inflated, consumes as much as a bulb (200 watts/hour).
Equipped with two safety exits, it is integrated with ducting for heating and air conditioning systems.
On the side, the structure has two large Crystal windows in the shape of the Wi-Fi logo which allow natural light to pass through.
The Mouse is also wired and ready to host a backlit photographic exhibition on its walls. Equipped with UPS, in the event of a blackout, the stability of the structure is ensured for one hour.
