THE LOVERS – Inflatable installation for TrasteverEstate 2025

During TrasteverEstate 2025, along the Tiber between Ponte Umberto I and Ponte Sant'Angelo, we had the pleasure of collaborating with artist MILLO to bring THE LOVERS, his first inflatable installation, to life.

An ambitious project long dreamed of by the artist, it finally took shape thanks to a unique combination of elements: the perfect location, the right moment, and the energy needed to bring his characters to life in a free, open, and boundless space.

At FLY IN, we took care of the design, construction, and installation of the inflatable, a monumental work measuring 18 meters by 7 meters in height that stands out against the timeless backdrop of the city of Rome. The result is a poetic installation, suspended between dream and reality, which invites the public to slow down, observe, and let themselves be carried away by the magic of an eternal embrace under the summer sky.

THE LOVERS is more than just a sculpture: it is a moment to be experienced, photographed, and shared. A symbol of love that will remain along the river throughout the season, ready to welcome visitors in search of beauty, art, and connection.

We are proud to have helped turn this vision into reality and to continue pushing the boundaries of inflatable art as a means of expression and installation.
