Inflatable outdoor area for Hizumo Sushi & Sake

Japanese tradition and historic beauty at Hizumo Restaurant!

Nestled in the prestigious portico of Palazzo De Rege, a historic building in Fossano, we have created unique inflatable walls. Now, you can admire the ancient columns and arches in an original way. But there's more! A three-dimensional inflatable wall reproduces the typical Japanese sakadaru, sake barrels stacked on top of each other, as found at the entrance to shrines in Japan. These decorative details add an authentic Japanese touch to the restaurant, celebrating Japanese culture without neglecting the importance of the building's historic architecture. The extraordinary thermal insulation provided by these inflatable walls allows the Hizumo Restaurant to enjoy its outdoor seating area even in the winter months, offering you a dining experience without seasonal boundaries. Past and present merge in a magical atmosphere, accompanied by exceptional culinary delights.
